General Terms and Conditions

Offer of goods:

The tender shall contain: a description of the goods or services, the quantity and unit price, the total amount, VAT, the terms of payment, the delivery period, the validity of the tender and the manner of delivery.

An offer shall be deemed accepted when the Seller receives the Buyer’s written confirmation of the offer or the Purchase Order or the advance payment before the expiry of the validity of the offer. The Supplier reserves the right to sell the goods offered until the Buyer’s order has been confirmed.

The prices on the offer are valid only for the order of the full offer. Prices for goods and services are subject to change for individual items. The quantities quoted are for information only, we reserve the right to charge by actual weight.

Certificates:

Certificates for up to 5 positions are issued free of charge if you specify this when ordering. The price for certificates over 5 positions, as well as for ordering certificates after delivery of the material, is EUR 5.00 + VAT per position.

Palette:

Pallets are charged to the customer according to dimension. We issue a credit note to customers when they return the pallets.

Delivery of goods:

The indicative delivery time is indicated on the offer or order confirmation. Goods in transit or from another warehouse are subject to changes in delivery times. The Seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries.

In cases of force majeure, transport emergencies, breakdown of machinery and equipment or other extraordinary events, to extend delivery times for the duration of the extraordinary event.

The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by the transport or unloading of the material. The cost of the damage is borne by the carrier or the buyer.

In the case of an EXW parity order (own collection at the location of INOX CENTER D.O.O. warehouses), the Buyer shall collect the goods no later than 5 (five) working days after receipt of notification that the goods are ready for shipment. After the expiry of the 5-day period for the acceptance of the goods, the Buyer shall bear all potential risks of loss, damage or depreciation of the goods, and the Seller shall have the right, after the expiry of this period, either to withdraw from the contract of sale or, at the Buyer’s expense, to arrange for the delivery of the goods ordered and not accepted to the Buyer’s business address, and to invoice the Buyer for transport and handling costs at the current price list of the INOX CENTER D.O.O., or the actual costs incurred.

The Buyer shall bear all costs related to the preparation and execution of the order. The Buyer must provide for its own collection a suitable means of transport according to the dimensions and other characteristics of the ordered goods, otherwise the Seller shall have the right to refuse loading of the goods and to organise the delivery of the goods by a suitable means of transport to the Buyer’s business address at the Buyer’s expense, and shall invoice the Buyer for transport and handling costs at the current price list of INOX CENTER D.O.O. or at the actual costs incurred. Any liability of the Seller for any damage caused by the Buyer’s own loading and transport is excluded.

Return of goods:

Goods cannot be returned after receipt, except in the case of a legitimate complaint. Exceptionally, if the buyer and seller agree on the possibility of a refund, a refund will be allowed. In the event of a return, the Buyer must provide an invoice or delivery note for the goods issued, which is no more than 30 days old. No refund of the purchase price. In the event of an agreement to return the goods, the buyer will be charged additional handling costs.
The material cannot be returned or exchanged if:

– We have ordered it extremely
– We have cut it to the customer’s desired size
– It is not in the same condition as issued (Cut, damaged, etc…)
– It is not in its original packaging
– The value of the item is less than 5 € + VAT

The cost of returning the goods to the position due to manipulation is:
– sheet metal 20 EUR/item incl. VAT,
– bars, profiles or tubes 15 EUR/item incl. VAT,
– process technology or fittings 15 EUR/item incl. VAT.
All costs under this clause are defined net per position.
For standard stock material that has not been cut or damaged there is the possibility of free replacement.
If the conditions for return are met, a return order is made for the return of the material, according to the customer’s delivery note or invoice number.

Sending invoices
Invoices are sent free of charge to customers electronically to the email address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

If the client wishes to receive the invoice in physical (printed) form by post, a charge of EUR 2.00 will be applied for each physical invoice sent.
