Payment options in the online shop

Payment by invoice

If you pay by invoice, you will receive an invoice and a sample payment slip. You can pay by online bank, at the bank or at the post office. The online bank payment method is certainly the safest and fastest of all payment methods and is therefore the most preferred. Please wait until your order is in the “In Process” status before making your payment. Once payment has been made, you can send a payment confirmation. This will allow your order to be processed more quickly.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery applies exclusively to the territory of Slovenia. You pay the supplier in cash or by card when they deliver the goods to you. The total purchase price + delivery charges are stated in the order and are valid unless otherwise agreed at a later date.

Our parcels are delivered by DPD. There are no additional costs for cash on delivery orders. Payment to the courier can be made in cash or by credit card.

If you arrange with a DPD courier to drop off your parcel at another location, they will charge you extra for delivering the parcel (see table).

PICKUP price is valid for collection of a package already paid for, COD price is valid for collection on cash on delivery.

The amount is valid for each individual package!

Payment by debit or credit card

Payment can be made by debit or credit card (MasterCard® and Visa).

Payment of the service via PayPal

Payment by Paypal is possible.

Payment upon personal collection

After your order has been processed, we will send you an email or call you to let you know when you can collect your order.
You pay for your order in cash or by card when you collect it from your chosen branch. You have 15 days to collect your order.

Delivery time

The tenderer shall use its best endeavours to deliver the goods to the customer within the time limits specified. After you place your order, you will receive an email with a copy of your order containing the items ordered and the total price. The order message will also include the telephone number and email address of the Customer Contact, who can be contacted in case of any questions or comments regarding your order. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we will agree with you a delivery time. SPEKTER, d.o.o. may refuse an order which it determines that it is unable to process under the stated conditions until it is notified that the order is “In Process”.

Delivery

The delivery of the goods ordered is carried out by our contractual partner. All orders placed by 11. watches will be dispatched the same or next day (provided the goods are in stock). Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Delivery is limited to the territory of Slovenia and Austria or the EU (please ask us for other arrangements). In any case, the online shop is not liable for any delivery time overrun.

Delivery is by arrangement with the GLS driver, so we recommend that you provide a phone number that you can always be reached at (e.g. your GSM) when ordering, as the driver will call you to arrange the time and place of delivery. You can also collect your order in person at our head office (cash and card payment).

The delivery charge is invoiced before the order is finalised.

In the event that stock runs out, we will inform you immediately and present you with the remaining offer or give you a delivery date for the items you have ordered. The manager of the online shop ‘kupibarve.si’ reserves the right to refuse any goods ordered at its sole discretion.

You have up to 15 days to collect your order.

Delivery charge

The delivery fee is the same for the whole of Slovenia and varies depending on the value of the order.

Order value 0 – 200 EUR = 4,9 EUR.

Over EUR 200 = free.

When sending wall and facade paints in 10L or 15L buckets, postage is charged at 4.9€ for the first bucket and 3.99€ for each subsequent bucket. Such packages also exclude free postage over all amounts (€200 or whatever is on sale at the time of order).

The shipping costs for shipping to Austria are 12,20€ (Versandkosten nach Österreich: 12,20€).

For shipments to Austria, postage is free over € 300(Versandkostenfrei ab einem Bestellwert von € 300).

Free shipping when an order is over 300€ (Free shipping when an order is over 300€).

All prices include VAT.
